Who are we?

 I’m Matt Malnarich owner and installer and my Project Supervisor/Sales Manager is Rob Wentland.  We have both completed the interprovincial Red Seal  Waterproofing and Damproofing program. We have installed and run crews on engineered spec’d projects following engineered plans and on high profile LEED jobs, just to name a few. Rob Wentland has since moved from the field to superintend then to Manager positions and was a consulant and inspector for a top B.C. consulting group.  Rob has seen hundreds of premature fails to buildings and their exterior components and understands how a building envelope works and has a vast knowledge of building products and their proper installation to local codes.

 I’m proud of our work and am an onsite tools in my hand owner. I recently completed the Tufdeck installation training course at the Tuff headquarters in Lake Country B.C. I personally install all the vinyl coverings on our client’s jobs to the highest Tufdeck standards. One of several things that we do that our competition most likely doesn’t use, is plastic collated rust free nails to fasten the pvc coated flashings to the substrate.
